Puppy and Kitten Care

Congratulations on your new family addition! We are so pleased you chose us to provide the care that your new puppy or kitten will need to transition into a happy, healthy adult.

The first several months of your pet’s life is a very crucial time for their overall development both behaviorally and medically. From the moment you walk into our clinic, our staff will begin to offer you the support and tools you will need.

Once you have chosen your new addition, a meet-n-greet appointment should be scheduled as soon as possible. During this appointment, our doctors will get to know you and your pet. They will speak to you about your preferences and start you off on a wellness regimen.

We recommend vaccinating your puppy or kitten every three to four weeks until your pet is about 16 weeks of age. This will help build an immunity to certain diseases that young ones are particularly vulnerable to.

Please keep in mind that this schedule will be discussed thoroughly between you and your veterinarian. We will always honor your wishes and work with you to provide the best care for your pet.
